Gulai cabai

 BAHAN-BAHAN :
3 keping ikan nyok-nyok
1/2 kotak santan KARA
1 kotak air
100ml air asam jawa
1 biji tomato (belah 4)
1 biji terung (hiris serong)
garam, gula
minyak untuk menumis

DIKISAR :
20 tangkai cili kering
2 tangkai cili merah
2 batang serai
2cm belacan
2cm halia

 CARA-CARA :
 Panaskan sedikit minyak di dalam periuk.
Tumis bahan kisar sehingga terbit minyak.
Tuangkan santan dan air. 
Masak hingga mendidih.
Kemudian masukkan ikan, air asam, terung dan tomato.
Masak hingga mendidih sekali lagi.
Perasakan secukupnya.
Setelah terung agak lembut, matikan api.
Sedia dihidangkan bersama nasi dan ulaman.
