BAHAN-BAHAN :
1/2 ekor ayam (dipotong 2, direbus bersama 1/2 cwn air + 1 sdk halia kisar + 1 sdk bwg putih kisar + sedikit garam. Rebus hingga air kering)
1 sdk bawang putih kisar
1 sdb bawang merah kisar
1 sdk halia kisar
2 biji cili merah (dikisar)
2 batang serai (dikisar)
1/2 sdk serbuk kunyit
1/2 cwn susu cair
1/2 cwn air
1 sdb tepung beras
1 keping asam keping
2 helai daun limau purut (dihiris halus)
garam dan gula secukup rasa
sedikit minyak untuk menumis
CARA-CARA :
Tumiskan bahan yang dikisar bersama sedikit minyak hingga wangi.
Masukkan susu, air, asam keping, serbuk kunyit dan juga bahan perasa.
Masak hingga mendidih.
Kemudian larutkan tepung beras bersama sedikit air. Tambahkan juga hirisan daun limau purut dan masak lagi hingga kuah agak pekat. Bolehlah dimatikan api.
Sementara itu, panggang ayam di atas kuali pemanggang sambil dipercikkan dengan kuah.
Hidang lebihan kuah bersama ayam percik.
Sedia dihidangkan bersama nasi atau roti.

ntahlah bila dah gemuk2 cam ni tetiba je nak msk benda2 yg sihat...ha..ha..
